My 51-year journey in Veterinary Medicine stems from a deep passion for animals and an unwavering commitment to making a positive difference their lives. For 44 of those years, I serve as the proud owner and Medical Director of Happy Pets Vets, where I am privileged to care for countless animals and strengthen the bond between them and their owners.
My career began across the ocean where I got my D.V.M. from A.P.A.U. in India in 93. I came to Idaho and earned a Master of Science in Microbiology in 1976. I furthered my Veterinary education with a Residency in Large Animal Theriogenology at Texas A&M, where I also had the honor of teaching at the School of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences for two years (1981-1982).
I further expanded my expertise through a Small Animal Internship and a year of Residency in Small Animal Internal Medicine at Michigan State University. I have come this far because my parents never gave up on my education, believing in my potential even when times were tough. Their unwavering support and faith in me are the foundations of everything I have accomplished. Veterinary Medicine has been more than just a profession for me-it's been a calling, where every day brings new challenges, rewards, and the fulfillment of knowing that I've contributed to the health and well-being of countless animals.
